On July 18,2020, our company and a biomass power generation company in Jiangsu signed two projects of high temperature and high pressure fluidized bed boiler system with biomass briquette burning 130 t / h and steam parameter 9.81 MPA / 540 °C.

Biomass briquetting fuel mainly refers to the lignocellulose (Lignin) , such as Straw, tree and so on except grain and fruit, the offal of agricultural product processing industry, the agricultural and forestry wastes, and the livestock manure and wastes in the process of animal husbandry production.

The project uses a single drum natural circulation, high temperature steam cooled cyclone type circulating fluidized bed boiler developed by our company based on the third generation fluidized bed low nitrogen combustion technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, wood, Straw and other agricultural and forestry wastes were processed into biomass blocks or particles for fluidized suspension combustion, which effectively realized the efficient and environment-friendly utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes such as Straw and wheat Straw.The utility model can solve the problem of fixing fly ash of Alkali metals, nitrogen and sulfur compounds contained in agricultural and Forestry Straw, and reduce the corrosion of flue gas to the tail heating surface and the initial emission of nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxides, the invention can avoid the burning diffusion and then solve the problems of smoke corrosion and pollution, and has a pioneering leading role.

Recently, our company successfully signed a 1440t / D Oil Shale incineration project with a certain company.Oil Shale belongs to unconventional oil and gas resources, which is listed as a very important alternative energy in the 21st century due to its abundant resources and the feasibility of exploitation and utilization.Oil Shale is a sedimentary rock with high ash content and low calorific value containing combustible organic matter. The main difference between oil shale and coal is that ash content is more than 40% , and that of carbon shale is that oil content is more than 3.5% .At present, it is widely used as fuel for boiler combustion, and the burnt shale ash is mainly used to produce cement, brick and other building materials.

The CFBC (circulating fluidized bed combustion) technology is adopted in the project, which effectively improves the utilization ratio of oil shale and the thermal efficiency of boilers, and reduces the emission of pollutant gases. It not only meets the requirements of the National Industrial Policy and the development of circular economy, moreover, it will bring good economic benefit, environmental protection benefit and social benefit to the enterprise.At the same time, the implementation of the project marks Huayuan Boiler Solid Waste, hazardous waste treatment towards a broader and deeper areas of development.This is also the new "Environmental Protection Law" , the new "solid waste law" after the implementation of Huayuan Boiler in the solid waste treatment of the new growth pole.
