On August 12,2020, our company signed SHL65-1.6-SCIII Biomass Boiler System Project with a company in Lianyungang. In recent years, biomass boiler has been promoted and advocated at all levels of the country, and a series of supporting policies and measures have been put forward. As a kind of renewable fuel, biomass has the characteristics of zero carbon emission, low pollution, wide distribution and rich resources during its life cycle. The utility model further enriches the product structure layout of our company in the field of new type biomass boiler, and strengthens the competitiveness of the biomass boiler of our company.

The main fuel of the boiler system is rice husk, wood chips and biomass particles, and the gas output is 65t/h. Due to the high volatilization of biomass fuel, in order to ensure the timely ignition and combustion of the fuel, the boiler is optimized based on the design standard of biomass briquette boiler, guaranteed the fuel to catch fire and burn out. At the same time, the original research and development, combined with the reasonable design of primary and Secondary Air, increased the residence time of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, played a role in promoting the combustion of residual carbon in high-temperature flue gas.

When the boiler is running under the rated pressure, the optimum load varies from 70% to 110% . The low load will lead to the corrosion of the tail and the heating surface However, excessive load will cause a series of problems such as the reduction of boiler efficiency, the increase of steam pipe resistance and the increase of power consumption of feed water pump.

The cost of the boiler room can be reduced by 50% and the total investment of the boiler room can be saved by more than 40% . Boiler design thermal efficiency is more than 87% , is the ideal thermal equipment for enterprises and institutions.
