On October 2, 2019, the organic solid waste fluidized clean suspension combustion boiler built by our company was successfully ignited in Toxon, Xinjiang. From the empty Gobi Desert to the numerous facilities, Huayuan Boiler and the project party together spent six months of hard work to present a gift for the 70th anniversary of the motherland during the eleventh period.
The project is two sets of DHF60-2.5/450-L high carbon-containing refractory organic solid waste fluidized suspension high-efficiency clean combustion boilers, with a rated evaporation capacity of 60t/h, a rated steam pressure of 2.5MPa, and a rated steam temperature of 450℃.
The solid waste involved in this project has the characteristics of low calorific value, high moisture, high ash content, and complex and variable composition, and it is generally difficult to achieve complete high-efficiency incineration. In engineering, the method of co-firing is often used to achieve waste treatment and utilization, which will cause problems such as the load and efficiency of the original combustion equipment. Our company has actively cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University, conducted in-depth research on solid waste incineration technology, and developed a solid waste composite cycle efficient clean incineration technology. The furnace model uses high carbon-containing refractory organic solid waste as fuel, which realizes the harmless treatment of waste and provides users with high-quality steam heat sources.
Fluid bed combustion of solid waste is a systematic project, which involves how to supply materials, how to achieve fluidized incineration, and how to ensure the high efficiency of combustion and reduce the generation and emission of pollutants during the incineration process. On the basis of a large number of experimental studies and numerical optimization, we have proposed a new type of solid waste composite cycle high-efficiency clean incineration process. This process contains many core technologies. Compared with other treatment methods, this incineration process has a good volume reduction effect. , High degree of harmlessness, resource utilization, and high processing efficiency.
