On December 5,2020, the 58MW high efficiency and low exhaust pulverized coal boiler heat supply project in Dongcheng, Feicheng, which was built by our company, was successfully ignited and put into operation.This project is another typical example of high-efficiency and low-discharge pulverized coal-fired boiler in our company.The project includes the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of auxiliary equipment and pipelines in boiler and boiler room, coal powder storage, supply and combustion systems, flue gas treatment systems such as dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification, and electronic control systems.At present, the debugging has been successfully completed.During the commissioning, the operation of the various operating conditions was good, the boiler load far exceeded the design value, at the exhaust gas temperature below the full load design value once reached 66MW operation value, which reflected the good performance design and overload capacity of our company's products, get good reviews from users. After the official operation under the guidance of our debugging personnel, the boiler is now maintained at about 100% load stable operation.

The thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach 90 ~ 92% and the burn-out rate of the fuel can be over 98% , which is in line with the current policy trend of clean and efficient utilization of coal.After flue gas treatment measures such as dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification, the emission of pollutants can be controlled to the ultra-low emission standards of dust ≤5mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide ≤35mg/Nm3 and nitrogen oxide ≤50mg/Nm3, which meet the environmental protection requirements of ultra-low emission.
