In September 2020, our company won the bid for two 116 MW coal water slurry hot water boilers in a heating power company in Xinjiang,that is our company in the Xinjiang area of coal-water slurry boiler market breakthrough.

The boiler relies on Chinese Academy of Sciences's advanced third generation fluidized bed coal water slurry technology.The third generation fluidized bed coal-water slurry technology has the following advantages:

(1) the low temperature combustion of cws is realized, and the problems of easy coking, unstable operation and poor safety caused by the suspension combustion of cws are solved, and the formation and emission of thermal type NOx are restrained at the same time, it can control the initial emission of nitrogen oxide within 100mg/m³, which is the leading level in China.(2) the circular combustion of cws particles after ignition and combustion is realized, and the combustion efficiency is very high;

(3) the direct desulfurization and desulfurization system of coal water slurry (cws) is simple and low-cost, which is realized by using the medium material composed of limestone and quartz sand and the low-temperature combustion technology.(4) the utilization rate of limestone is increased, the amount of media material is reduced, and the burning rate is increased by using the separating and refeeding burnout device.(5) good load regulation characteristics, stable operation in the range of 100% ~ 30% rated load, good adaptability of cws quality;(6) the quality requirement of cws is reduced, and the cost of pulping is reduced;(7) the expensive burner and the trouble-prone atomizing slurry gun are omitted, and the complicated high-pressure air-slurry system and filters are not needed. The system is simpler and more reliable;(8) the utility model has the advantages of stable operation, simple operation, high combustion efficiency and wide application range, and is suitable for boilers with various parameters.

The Third Generation cfb coal-water slurry-fired boilers and systems in our company cover 75t/h ~ 380t/h (58MW ~ 116MW) , 1.25MPa ~ 9.81MPA, 194 °C ~ 540 °C and other boiler parameters.At the same time, according to the user's individual pain point demand, the CWS fluidized combustion technology has been successfully extended to the combustion of coal slime, the mixture of cws and sludge, the wastewater slurry combustion, etc. , both the economic benefits and the environmental benefits of the Waste treatment, has been highly recognized by users.
